About Eventi Ltd.

Eventi Ltd. at Caverna-Fifty-Seven was the painstaking project and vision of our owner and builder Jeffrey Boucher.  Beauty, attention to detail and privacy make our location an extraordinary gem for intimate weddings and events.  The venue is very tasteful, unique and extremely private.  Located on 57th Street in East Sacramento (“Little Italy” as it was once known), the building is circa 1939, and was once the home of the Fancolli family and Fancolli Fuel Yards.  The fuel yard was well known to many in the ‘40s and ‘50s for providing coal and firewood for home heating fuel.  Today, 57th Street is an eclectic collection of businesses including restaurants, a microbrewery and several charming antique shops.  The Fancolli Home has been extensively remodeled and expanded to hold executive office suites on the upper floors and Sacramento’s premiere wine storage solution, known as Caverna Fifty-Seven Wine Vaults, in the subterranean level under the house.

Our patio base rates include, the patio set up “as is” with 4 Napa iron tables and 16 chairs, with use of the Piccolo Room and outdoor kitchen space.  The Piccolo Room includes 4 break-away tables which can be reconfigured to utilize the space as a buffet set up, gift receiving/cake area, bar set up, intimate dinner room for 10 persons or whatever suits your event needs

West End Addition

Our base rate of $350 for the West End is provided as an add-on to the Eventi Patio charges outlined above.

Event Insurance

(3rd party 1-day event policy/rider required)

A 1-day Event Insurance policy or policy rider is required on all events. These are usually available at no charge through your Homeowner’s, Renter’s or Business Operations Policy as a 1-day rider.

When a free rider or policy is not available, coverage can be obtained starting as low as $60.00.

What is your max capacity?

Depending on the size and type of the event, our capacity can range from an intimate party of 20 to a max of 150.

Does your venue offer indoor space?

While our event space is predominantly outdoors, we do offer a small indoor space usually used for a buffet area, bar, desert station, gift table, cake/dessert set up area or even an intimate dinner room for 10 people.

Do you provide food? What is your catering policy?

Our venue is uniquely set up to allow you to self-cater or cook on site. You are also welcome to bring your favorite caterers or select from our list of preferred vendors.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes. Not only can you bring in your own alcohol, but you can do so without corkage fees.

How much time is allowed for set up, breakdown and clean up?

Set up, break down, and clean up should be done within your contracted time. Our base rental includes a 7-hour allowance and additional hours are available. We set up and break down any furniture, fixtures or equipment that was packaged into your rental.

What size are your linen?

Our linens range in size, to accommodate the different tables we offer from highboy cocktail tables to rounds for seating, with enough allowance to touch the ground or come very close.

Do you provide cookware/dishware?

No, we do not offer cookware/dishware. We do, however, offer stemless glassware for an additional rental cost and can direct you towards some really great vendors that will be able to help get you what you need. Most caterers can easily come equipped with these items too.

Are the table and chairs included?

Yes. Our standard venue rental does include four (4) tables and sixteen (16) chairs on our patio and we offer several alternate furniture packages to suit your event needs.

Can I bring my own furniture, fixtures and equipment?

Yes, provided it is not something that we offer. See our list of furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Free parking?

Yes. The parking lot will provide up to 23 spaces and the street parking is free and plentiful. For our largest events, we secure neighbor permission in the very large parking lot across the street.

What’s the latest our event can run?

Usually 12:00 am.

Can we have a DJ?

You are welcome to have a DJ. Our policy requires your DJ to use “Line Level” audio input only. This means they cannot use a separate amplifier and instead must run their sounds through our house system using a laptop or non-powered mixer. Outdoor speakers must be turned off by 10PM.

What do I need to do to book my date?

So you love the venue and you would like to book your event on our calendar. You’ll need to provide us with the rental fees (or appropriate installment payment), a signed rental agreement, and proof of event insurance.

Where do I get the insurance and what is the cost?

With a homeowner’s or renter’s policy you can usually get a 1Day Event Rider for free. If need be, we can also provide you with a list of on-line insurers <link?>; their policies vary by event type and start at around $60.

What if it rains?

Eventi Ltd. does have an awesome Rain Policy. A client may cancel their event and be entitled to a refund less a small rain cancellation fee.
